Lord of the Dance

In a new look, the success story of Lord of the Dance, which currently carries the subtitle "Dangerous Games", presents itself. After nearly two decades of the triumphal journey around the world, Stepp superstar Michael Flatley had given a slightly different look to his production in 2014, while retaining the essential elements of the story and popular dance formations. Lord of the Dance is featured in a backdrop of huge LED walls and varied costumes as a kind of "Best of", which gives the fans a brilliant reunion with this permanent hit and up to 40 outstanding dancers. From February 25th to April 1st, 2018, Lord of the Dance / Dangerous Games is hosting games in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. 31 performances are on the current tour schedule. Since 1996 Lord of the Dance, which has risen to the culmination event, inspires people all over the world. More than 4 million visitors in the German-speaking world alone, around 80 million international, make Lord of the Dance the most popular show event of today. Scarcely 1,000 performances can only be heard in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, confirming the unique success of the Irish step-revolutionaries in these latitudes. Lord of the Dance showed a new entertainment dimension. The "clacking of the killerhacken" experienced a triumph without example. The brilliant synthesis of dance, folklore and show developed from the insider tip to the phenomenal audience magnet. "Quilts like Donnerhall" was an exemplary headline, while elsewhere a "titanic performance with skill, art and body" was praised. The anglo-ame
